Solution: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), iCal and MobileMe Problem
Just received a solution for Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), iCal and MobileMe Problem from Stuart (see earlier post).
THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK IN ALL CASES
If you run iCal in 32 bit mode then it is possible to have all day events in iCal. To get it to run in 32 bit, quit iCal (if running), find it in the Applications folder, cmd-I to open information and click on ‘Open in 32-bit mode’. Restart iCal, and if it contains all-day events it should now publish OK.

It’s working for me — 24 hours since I switched to 32 bit, and my calendar is still publishing fine, including all day events. Is there any down side to running in 32 bit mode?
This worked for me (so far). THANKS so much for sharing it.
updated my phone today with the new iPhone software and it did something to my iCal. I now now over 100 calendars on the left side of my screen, almost as if it turned several different events into calendars by themselves. So when I delete the calendar, I lose several events. I tried going to Time Machine and restoring from yesterday before the issue occurred, and I and can’t seem to restore my calendar content, just the application. If anyone has come across this issue and found a fix, please let me know. I live and die by my calendar and this is going to take a very long time to fix manually, if at all. Thanks so much.
