Well, I am not a marketing expert (by training I am a scientist), but after releasing 3 applications (2 approved, and one ‘in waiting’) for the iPhone and iPod Touch (App Store Links – bodyCal and chemCal), the mind does tend turn towards marketing and ‘getting the word out’, but how?

MMISoftware have released their second application for the iPhone and iPod Touch – a chemistry calculator for students at school, college or university, called chemCal.

Just a quick blog post to say MMISoftware has submitted its second iPhone/iPod Touch App to the `iTunes App store iTunes App Store.

And, what does this application do? Well, it is another calculator, and that is all I am prepared to say at this stage….

Just updated the MMISoftware website. No real major changes from the user point of view, but some major changes to the ‘back-end’ in terms of page design and layout.

Just discovered that the Royal Mail ‘lost’ the company PO box! They reorganised and ‘forgot’ to include it. Must admit that their ‘help-line’ (08457 950 950) on the was great, and it looks like it has been sorted out.

If you have sent any ‘snail’ mail in the last couple of weeks to MMISoftware it may not have arrived. Sorry about that…..

Finally, some one has had the ‘bottle’ to come out and say what we have all been thinking… Internet Explorer 6 must be saved, and people must be encouraged to sign up, download, and start using the super fast, non-bloated master piece of a browser from Microsoft.

So, hope over to SaveIE6, sign their petition, download your free copy of IE6 and start surfing the web. You know it makes sense, and IE6 will give you the true look and feel of the Internet…
