Just over a week ago we started to show AuctionAds and I thought I would give an update on how things are going. (AuctionAds provides a mechanism to display eBay ads on a website or blog.)

Well, one week and just over 10,000 ads served. And the result?

One weeks of AuctionAd data – graph shows impressions, click through rate (%) and earnings.

As can be seen, the ad display rate is fairly consistent, and averaging around 1,400 ads per day. However, the click through rate, and earnings can’t really be seen on the above graph, so, zooming in….

Yep, click though rate is below 1% per day and is in fact averaging around 0.5% per day (best day Thursday, worst Wednesday), and the earnings? Well, I guess I won’t be retiring soon! Yep, a massive $0.00. Please send suggestions on how to invest the money…..

P.S. AuctionAds is showing much better click through rates than Amazon…
