If you load photos into PhotoGPSEditor and then move the original file you will no longer be able to view the thumbnail (or full-size image of the photo by clicking on the thumbnail), and you will not be able to save any meta-data to the pictures. However, you can continue to add meta-data.
By clicking on the 'Lost...' message in the thumbnail window you are provided with two ways of dealing with 'lost' photos:
- 'Re-attach' - To 're-attach' a photo file to its entry in PhotoGPSEditor just click on the photo name in the 'Missing' list and then navigate to the new location of the photo file using the file selection browser
- Delete the picture -'Missing' picture(s) can be deleted from the list by selecting the file name(s) and then clicking 'Delete'.
- Delete ALL picture - All 'missing' pictures can be deleted from the list by clicking the 'Delete All' button.
