PhotoGPSEditor is a freeware product, although donations to help development continue are welcome. To make a donation please visit MMISoftware, or use the MMISoftware GPS, and MMISoftware Camera stores.
If you make a donation through PayPal or through signing up for services, or buying goods, at TrialPay you will get an 'activation code' which will prevent the 'nag' screen showing at start-up and will remove 'donation' buttons from the program interface.
The software (PhotoGPSEditor) and accompanying instructions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The author, MMISoftware, do not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of the use of the software or accompanying instructions in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by you. If the software or instructions are defective, you, and not MMISoftware, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
If Google decide to 'block' the 'map-key' associated with this program, therefore causing the map section not to work, MMISoftware cannot be held liable.
In brief, if anything happens to you or your computer as a result of using PhotoGPSEditor it is not the fault of MMISoftware!

Google Maps are used in the interface of photogpseditor and are used in agreement with the Google Maps API terms of use - terms of use.
