About 'One Trick Ponies' 'One trick ponies' are simple programs that do one thing (sometimes two) and do it well. The 'ponies' came about as a result of need. We found that occasionally we needed small, simple, programs to do very specific, normally repetitive, tasks such as preparing JPEGs for mailing, or 'shrinking' websites for faster downloads etc.

As we continue to develop 'simple solutions, for simple problems' any that we think may be of use to other computer users will be made available.
